360-Degree Feedback
The Excellence Advantage team offers a wide range of 360-degree feedback tools including well-known vendor solutions and a unique and customizable 360-degree feedback tool created by Excellence Advantage, the EA360. Feedback from a 360-degree feedback assessment provides insights and comments from those working closely with the participant, including their boss, superiors, peers, direct reports, customers, clients, and others. This information is paired with the participant’s own responses to clearly define areas of alignment and disagreement. Excellence Advantage assists with all aspects of this process including assessment set-up, data collection and reports, and feedback debriefs.
The EA360
The EA360 tool provides the most complete data by asking reflective questions with specific behavior-based rating scales. Relational questions also provide comparison data between the participant and their peers. Trait tables give insight into strengths, areas for development and potential derailers. There are also distinctive open-ended questions that elicit meaningful information to give insight into the highest impact changes and behavioral action planning.
The EA360 feedback report provides information in three areas:
Knowing Self – Strengths, areas for development, and potential derailers; leadership skills; start, stop, and continue behaviors; effectiveness; and promotability.
Leading People and Teams – Team strengths and areas for development; stage of team development; morale; team interaction; and role clarity.
Transformation Teams and Organizations – Team/organization mission, goals, progress and results; innovation; and customer and stakeholder interaction.
