Group and Team Coaching
Excellence Advantage provides Group and Team Coaching for peer cohorts to grow skills, foster creative discussions and leverage potential in parallel. Groups or teams of individuals working toward similar goals, overcoming related challenges or navigating equivalent positions in an organization develop within a shared coaching environment and utilize collective insight. Group and Team Coaching provides personal application and accountability. Sessions can be facilitated as a structured development program or can be guided by participant learning.
