Leader Integration Sessions

Leader Integration Sessions are an opportunity for the leader to receive feedback and recommendations from within their team. Team members are asked to participate in a working session to assess the current state of the team, organization or leader. These sessions can be focused on the leader and their impact on the team, building relationships between the leader and their team, or creating a strategy to move the team forward. Leader Integration Sessions are often used by senior leaders to obtain insight into team and organizational gaps and to illuminate employee experiences. These sessions are also common for leaders new to the role or team to accelerate building relationships and/or the organizational assessment and action planning within a new position. These sessions facilitate team buy-in and collaboration while providing the leader feedback on their effectiveness, team strengths and opportunities for improvement, and recommendations for future direction and actions.
