Excellence Advantage offers a unique leadership simulation as an opportunity for practical real-time learning and application within a controlled and internally created system. Participants are placed within the simulated environment in roles at all levels of the organization including external stakeholders. Participants are led through experiential tasks, organizational changes and people challenges.
